Lessons from…On the Wings of My Pen
What is a Monthly Tracker?
A monthly tracker is a page that shows how often you perform a regularly planned task. For example: Tracking your water intake, exercise, or eating habits, and/or weight loss.
Why keep a tracker?
Now on to our monthly tracker pages. (mine are usually 2) I do a monthly tracker for Barefoot Journaling Chronicles (our Facebook group). I track all the variety of postings I create for our group, pinterest posts, you tube videos, membership stats, blog posts, websites I post ads for our group on to increase our membership, our contests, etc. I like to keep track of what members like/appreciate about our community too.
I’m constantly working behind the scenes to acquire many things of interest for our little community (Barefoot Journaling Chronicles, FB group) and this will increase with my website/blog launch. Will also be adding useful tools for your journaling enhancement, in my website/blog.
Ready made for You…
I want Barefoot Journaling Chronicles (Facebook group) to become a one-stop place for you to come to get advice, learn some fun things, share your journey, and for you to get the help you need to have the journaling experience you desire…whatever that is.
Some great tracker ideas
There are many different kinds of trackers you can create…about as vast as the stars in the universe, I suppose. My monthly BJC Tracker is pictured here also.
Here are some tracker ideas for you below…
Here is a small list of a few trackers to help you in your life and daily activities.
Debt/expense tracker: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/130252614203231866/
Pain/medications tracker: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/116108496622952921/
Track habits, health-care, weight-loss, exercise, food/water intake, weekly activities, to dos, cleaning, doctors/dentists visits, business, etc. This list could go on indefinitely. There are so many things we could track. This is very useful tool for any goal you may have. Keep it in your tracker, rather than on a post-it note that will be lost to your memory or accidentally thrown away.
These trackers can help you to analyze what’s working and what’s not in your life and family. Use these tools to your advantage. Stay on top of things so you can tend to yourself and those you love. And remember…it only takes 21 days to form a new habit.
Why not start tracking your useful habits now?
Please leave me a comment, question, or pic of what Your Monthly Tracker pages look like (if you have them) in the comments section below. I will answer all of your questions and comments promptly!
